About the CCW Part 1 Class:

The training requirements for obtaining a Colorado Concealed Carry Permit change on July 1st, 2025. This class meets all the Colorado state requirements to qualify students to apply ONLY IF you submit your application prior to July 1st, 2025. If you apply AFTER July 1st, 2025 this class will only meet 1/2 of the requirements and you will need to come back and take our part 2 class.

Moving forward, we will offer the required class in two 4-hour parts. Part 1 will be classroom only and Part 2 will be conducted on a live gun range. It is your responsibility to sign up for and attend BOTH parts. This class is the Part 1 class. Content will include:

• Colorado Justifiable and Physical Force Laws
• Reciprocity and Travel Considerations

How Do I Apply For My CCW License After the Class?

After the class, you will walk out with a class completion certificate signed by the instructor. If applying after July 1st, 2025 you will also need to complete our Part 2 class. During the part 2 class, we give you detailed instructions on how to apply for your permit.
