This class provides that individual crucial information. We familiarize students with Florida Gun Law, Use of Force Law and Gun Safety.

Students receive a take home packet covering Florida Gun Law, Use of Force Law and Gun Safety.

This class is not a substitute for instruction on proper gun handling for defensive use. If you have never owned a firearm, or you are not proficient in using it as a defensive tool, we recommend attending our classes that include live-fire training. Also, if you haven’t received formal training in defensive firearm use, or it’s been years, please consider attending one of our live-fire classes.

If you’re proficient and safe around firearms, or have a permit from another state and want to learn the basics of Florida firearm and self-defense law or want a refresher, to carry without a permit, this is the course for you.
